The DefenseTech Accelerator is a partnership between the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and Treble One, premier aerospace consulting firm with over 25 years’ experience helping companies develop business with the DoD.
The 8-week accelerator program is for early-stage technology companies that may spin out of Alabama-based HBCU’s and Universities with innovative products that can be grown and scaled in the commercial and defense markets.
The accelerator is a no-cost, non-dilutive program selecting five companies to participate and matching companies with national security advisors to assess the viability of scaling their products and/or services within the federal government, coaches to help build and refine a defense specific go-to-market strategy, business development experts and writing specialists to support proposals, and access to Treble One’s expansive network of Department of Defense (DoD) end-users, end-customers, and investors.
Program Details and Format
- The program includes four distinct phases, Identify, Engage, Plan, and Execute coupled with five specific focus areas necessary to growing and scaling an early-stage company in the defense marketplace.
