Deadline Date: 31 December 2026
The Reckitt Catalyst Accelerator Program 2026-2027, implemented by Reckitt in partnership with Yunus Social Innovation (YSI) and Health Innovation Exchange (HIEx) seeks to support women and underrepresented founders developing innovative solutions that improve access to health and water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) services in India.
The program supports innovations in health and WASH, including water and sanitation solutions, hygiene promotion, disease prevention, early diagnosis, affordable healthcare delivery, healthcare systems, sexual and reproductive health, FemTech, access to medicines and hygiene products, and solutions addressing waterborne diseases, germ protection, and antimicrobial resistance.
Applications are now open for the Reckitt Catalyst Global Programme, which supports entrepreneurs working to improve access to healthcare, water, sanitation, and hygiene. The programme is open to innovators from Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Mexico, and Brazil, while applications from the United States are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis.
Selected enterprises will participate in a virtual acceleration program from October 2026 to April 2027. The program includes masterclasses and workshops on business development, impact measurement, impact finance, and go-to-market strategies. Participants will also receive mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals and Reckitt mentors to refine their business strategies and support growth.
Selected social enterprises may receive flexible financing of up to USD 30,000 at the end of the program. Funding amounts will vary based on program completion, demonstrated impact, investment readiness, and alignment with implementation goals.
Applicants must be legally registered for-profit or not-for-profit entities operating in India. The enterprise must have at least one founder or partner who is 18 years of age or older and should operate as a social business or demonstrate an intention to become one. Applicants must have a mission focused on addressing challenges related to health and/or WASH and should generate revenue through a financially sustainable business model.
