The Innovation and Enterprise Acceleration Programme is inviting applications to identify, nurture, support and scaling youth-led agribusinesses and agritech innovations transforming Lagos State’s food systems from farm to fork.
The programme focuses on cold chain and storage, food processing and value addition, climate-smart agriculture, farm production innovations, smart farming technologies, agritech and digital solutions, waste-to-value and circular economy initiatives, and farm mechanization to strengthen agricultural and food systems.
The competition offers funding worth ₦200,000,000 to support innovative enterprises and solutions across the agricultural and food systems value chain. Selected participants will gain access to state funding, networking and collaboration opportunities, a vibrant ecosystem of industry leaders and partners, and a structured growth pathway through business mentorship programmes.
The programme targets youth-led agribusinesses, agritech startups, food processing enterprises, logistics and cold-chain innovators, climate-smart agriculture enterprises, digital agriculture solution providers, and researchers and innovators in food systems.
To be eligible, applicants must operate within the agricultural or food systems value chain, have a registered business or structured operation, demonstrate innovation, scalability, and market potential, and be youth-led enterprises.
Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old, have operated their business for a minimum of three years, and have their business domiciled in Lagos or use Lagos as their market destination. Applicants must also follow all Lagos Agrinnovation Club social media handles and repost the Agrithon 2026 grant call.
