The Vienna Business Agency is providing funding to support craft businesses and companies that serve their customers in their neighborhood.
Funding Information
- Maximum funding amount: 75,000 euros
- Funding rate: 50%
- Minimum project value: 20,000 euros
- Maximum project duration: 2 years.
- Women’s bonus: 5,000 euros. The women’s bonus is awarded if your project is verifiably managed by a qualified woman. Start-up bonus: 5,000 euros. The founding team receives the bonus for establishing a new company.
What is funded?
- They provide Neighbourhood Business Funding for structural remodelling, non-personnel and material costs, consultation costs, training and professional development for you and your employees, marketing costs, the acquisition of technical equipment and machines that you need to run your business, licenses, concessions, and payroll costs.
Eligible Costs
- Payroll costs, consultation costs, training and professional development for you and your employees, marketing costs, tangible and intangible investment costs (such as licences or concessions), consumables, and structural remodelling.
Eligibility Criteria
- Small businesses with fewer than 50 employees, as well as founders in Vienna.
- Business sectors: Neighbourhood businesses from the trades and crafts, retail, gastronomy, book and media trade sectors
Application Requirements
- A duly completed online funding application, an application confirmation, as well as a de minimis declaration, your latest annual financial statements, and/or an income statement as well as a CV of your project leader.
