Cherie Blair Foundation for Women: Road to Growth Programme (South Africa)

If you’re a woman entrepreneur ready to invest in your growth, this programme is for you! The Road to Growth programme has been specifically developed for ambitious women entrepreneurs with growing businesses and supports you to build the knowledge, skills, confidence, and networks needed to take your business to the next level.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must:
- be a woman who owns a business
- be involved in the full time running of the business
- have a minimum age of 21 years
- have a minimum educational qualification of a Matric certificate, but this may be
- assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- have English language proficiency (reading and writing)NOT have participated in any of the GIBS EDA programmes in the last 18 months
- have a strong desire and commitment to grow their business
- have access to an electronic device and internet connectivity for online learning
- have basic computer literacy
The applicant’s business must:
- be registered in South Africa
- have 50% or more female ownership
- have been running for a minimum of 3 years
- have an annual revenue of at least R250,000 (please note that applicants with lower
- revenue figures will be considered on a case by case)
- have 2 or more full time employees (excluding owner)
