Deadline Date: March 01, 2026
The Canadian Technology Accelerator (CTA) is inviting growth-stage Canadian tech startups to join its Singapore business development program to support expansion into Southeast Asian markets and gain insights into Singapore’s advanced enterprise technology ecosystem.
The program focuses on responsible and trusted AI, Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity and resilience technologies, cloud and edge computing, and quantum computing, with the objective of helping startups move beyond pilot projects to real-world deployment, scale their operations, build strategic partnerships, and increase market traction in Asia.
Participants in the CTA Singapore program will benefit from networking opportunities, access to potential buyers, strategic partners, and investors, market intelligence and guidance on entering the Singapore market, personalized mentorship from in-market experts, and a platform to validate and localize go-to-market plans.
Eligible companies must be growth-stage startups developing emerging technologies for enterprise use, with an existing market presence in North America, Europe, or Asia, a committed executive team able to participate fully in the program, and a Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) business number. The program is especially suited for companies seeking to expand into Singapore or use it as a launchpad for broader Southeast Asian growth.
The Trade Commissioner Service supports equity, diversity, and inclusion in trade and encourages applications from companies led by Canadians of all backgrounds, with travel and accommodation costs excluded from the program participation.
