AI Accelerator Program for Early-Stage Startups (Estonia)

Deadline: October 12, 2025

The Tehnopol Startup Incubator is inviting early-stage startups and spin-offs working on artificial intelligence technologies to join its 6-month AI accelerator program in Estonia.

The focus areas of the program are: building a scalable business model and a strong team, (big) data and its application in AI technology, product development and testing based on AI technologies, designing a unique value proposition tailored to customer needs, validation, piloting, and go-to-market strategy, intellectual property, its protection, and agreements, achieving investor readiness and finding funding opportunities, business model, data and product development, value proposition, market entry, intellectual property, investor readiness, possible extra funding.

The AI accelerator supports technology companies by introducing new AI-based businesses to the market through mentoring and a structured training series conducted by some of the leading experts in the field. Selected startups will receive weekly guidance to complete their development cycle and will also have access to co-working facilities at the Science and Business Park Tehnopol. In addition, ideas developed in the program will be supported to reach the pilot phase more efficiently while enabling participants to build valuable connections for potential future investments.

The program is designed not only for startups but also for students, researchers, and SMEs who have already participated in AI-related programs and wish to develop new AI-based products or extend their business with innovative solutions. From each round, eight companies will be selected, and participants who successfully complete the program will get the chance to present at the Demo Day in front of both Estonian and international AI experts, mentors, and investors.

The panel at Demo Day will select up to three AI startups with the strongest business potential to receive a development grant of €10,000. The accelerator is free from monthly costs and does not take equity, requiring only a motivated team with a scalable AI-based idea, an existing prototype or the capacity to build one during the accelerator, and ambition to grow internationally.
