The Negotiated Procurement under the SAGIP SAKA Program is inviting eligible farmers, farmers’ cooperatives, and agricultural enterprises to submit proposals for the supply and delivery of various food items for the implementation of the Supplementary Feeding Program 16th Cycle in the municipalities of Tawi-Tawi.
The call for proposals focuses on the supply and delivery of various food items, implementation of the Supplementary Feeding Program, support for farmers and farmers’ cooperatives, agricultural enterprises, negotiated procurement, and food supply under the SAGIP SAKA Program.
The project is titled “Supply and Delivery of Various Food Items for the Implementation of Supplementary Feeding Program 16th Cycle to Municipalities of Tawi-Tawi (Re-Bid).” The procurement is intended to engage qualified farmers, farmers’ cooperatives, and agricultural enterprises that can provide the required food items in accordance with the programme requirements.
Applicants must be registered in the Farmers and Fisherfolk Enterprise Development Information System (FFEDIS). Organizations or individuals not registered in FFEDIS may still qualify if they are registered or accredited under the Civil Society Organization (CSO) Accreditation, Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA), FishR Registration, National Coconut Farmers Registry System (NCFRS), or any other registry or accreditation system approved by the Department of Agriculture. Applicants must also demonstrate the capacity to deliver the required quantity and quality of food items according to the schedule specified upon the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
The approved budget for the contract is PHP 31,275,000.00, with funding provided through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026.
Applicants are required to submit a duly accomplished Proposal Form, an FFEDIS Certificate of Registration or proof of registration or accreditation under RSBSA or any Department of Agriculture-approved registry or accreditation system, and an Omnibus Sworn Statement executed by the accredited Farmers and Fisherfolk Cooperatives, Associations, or Enterprises.
