The focus areas of the program include business incubation support, strengthening business management systems, financial training, marketing and operations training, access to production facilities, networking with industry partners and investors, access to market linkages and funding opportunities, mentorship and coaching from industry experts, and support for growth in the fashion and textile industry.
The Textile Incubation Program provides one year of business incubation support for eligible enterprises in the fashion and textile sector. The program is designed to strengthen business operations and improve long-term sustainability for participating businesses.
Participants gain access to a fully equipped production facility with free Wi-Fi, along with structured training in finance, marketing, and operations. The program also provides mentorship, coaching, and opportunities to connect with investors and industry partners.
Eligible applicants must be Basotho-owned enterprises, with preference given to women-led businesses. Applicants must operate in the fashion or textile industry, have been in business for more than one year but less than five years, have an annual revenue of at least 100,000 Maloti, and employ between one and four people.
