The Human Resource Sustainability Assessment Program aims to help enterprises identify personnel-related risks, improve workforce management, and strengthen business stability through professional HR diagnostics and practical recommendations.
The programme focuses on human resource sustainability, workforce assessment, personnel risk analysis, employee adaptation, employee training, staff retention, vacancy management, productivity improvement, employer support programs, HR diagnostics, workforce planning, and professional employer networking.
The initiative is being implemented by the Bridges of Trust Charitable Foundation within the framework of the Impact Skills Hub initiative. The programme is open to enterprises operating in the Dnipropetrovsk region and provides free participation for 50 enterprises with the support of the Foundation.
The assessment is designed to help businesses understand how workforce challenges affect their operations. Issues such as labor shortages, unfilled vacancies, employee turnover, lengthy onboarding processes, and excessive workloads on key personnel can directly impact productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Participating enterprises will receive an individual conclusion outlining key personnel risks and challenges. The assessment will help businesses identify areas where time, money, and productivity may be lost due to workforce-related issues and provide a clearer understanding of the underlying causes.
The programme also offers practical recommendations aimed at improving employee adaptation, strengthening training processes, and increasing staff retention. In addition, participants will receive information on current state support programs available to employers and gain access to the professional employer community of Impact Skills Hub.
Selected enterprises may also have the opportunity to participate in an in-depth personnel diagnostics process conducted by experts associated with the Foundation. This additional support can provide deeper insights into workforce challenges and potential solutions.
By focusing on the root causes of personnel losses rather than only their consequences, the assessment helps enterprises strengthen their workforce resilience and support more sustainable business operations.
