The Market Entry program is inviting grant applications to support the successful transition of innovative products and services from development to market launch.
The focus areas and objectives of this program include market entry support, commercialization of innovation, marketing and sales promotion, prototype market introduction, business growth, sustainable company development, innovation uptake, process innovation, organizational innovation, and strengthening the exploitation of research and development results.
Market Entry 2026 is designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises during the critical initial market entry phase. The program supports companies that have successfully completed projects involving experimental development or process and organizational innovation and are preparing to commercialize their results.
The funding aims to strengthen the use and market application of outcomes generated through research and innovation projects. By supporting marketing and sales measures, the program helps reduce funding gaps during the commercialization stage and accelerates the introduction of innovative solutions to the market.
Funding is available for marketing and sales activities directly related to the first market launch of a prototype, product, or service. Supported activities can be carried out for a maximum project duration of 18 months.
Projects may have total costs of up to 200,000 euros. Standard Market Entry projects can receive a grant covering 40 percent of eligible costs, up to a maximum of 80,000 euros. Under the Market Entry Gender and Social category, funding covers 60 percent of eligible costs, up to a maximum of 120,000 euros. The gender bonus is available for women-led companies, while the social bonus supports social innovation initiatives.
Eligible applicants include small and medium-sized enterprises of all legal forms, including non-profit organizations.
The program seeks to accelerate the market introduction of innovative solutions while supporting the long-term growth and sustainability of participating enterprises.
