EIT Urban Mobility is seeking professional support to strengthen its activities and impact in Italy through a dedicated regional dissemination hub for the years 2026 to 2028.
The main objectives are to retain and further expand the partnership within the Italian private and public sectors, additionally, the visibility and awareness of EIT Urban Mobility in Italy must be maintained and amplified, the identification of regional and national funding opportunities are to be explored to assess their alignment with the mission of EIT Urban Mobility, implement the Italian strategy of Innovation Hub Central, deepen business relations with Italian partners, understand challenges and priorities, flag critical issues and minimise risks, create leads with Italian cities, public institutions, industry partners, SMEs, start-ups, universities and research institutions with the aim to convert them into EIT Urban Mobility partners and increase the membership fees, build EIT UM reputation in Italy through tailored engagement in regional and national events, liaising with local, regional, and national stakeholders and support the promotion of success stories with Italian media, identify regional and national funding opportunities in alignment with the overall EIT UM mission and strategy.
The initiative requires all activities to be conducted in close collaboration with the Managing Director and the Innovation Hub Central team while following the administrative rules of EIT Urban Mobility. The selected Supplier will work to implement the Italian strategy for the upcoming years, ensuring it is regularly reviewed and adapted with the guidance of the Innovation Hub Central leadership.
The Supplier will further identify suitable regional and national funding schemes aligned with EIT Urban Mobility’s mission, supporting proposal development when required. The available maximum yearly funding allocated for these services is €117,000.00 per year for 2026, 2027, and 2028.
The role includes deepening relationships with existing Italian partners by understanding their priorities and engaging them in relevant EIT Urban Mobility opportunities. The Supplier will also expand partnerships by scouting new leads across private and public sectors and converting them into active collaborators. Engagement in regional and national events will be essential to strengthen the organisation’s visibility, while communication activities will help promote success stories in coordination with the communications staff.
To participate, tenderers must submit the Tender Submission Form and Tender Declaration Form along with supporting documents that confirm the legal name, address, and registration number of the entity. An administrative section with all required information for evaluation must be included. Tenderers must also provide written comments on the contract agreement terms, and any proposed amendments must be submitted with the offer, as no changes will be accepted after submission or award.
