Deadline: October 30, 2025
Leancubator and GIZ Algeria are inviting innovation stakeholders to help establish the first Digital Innovation Hub in Agrobusiness (A-DIH) in Biskra, Algeria, to drive digital transformation in the agricultural and agri-food sectors.
The Hub aims to support companies in Biskra, and later across southern Algeria, in their innovation efforts and to unlock the potential of digital transformation in the agricultural and agri-food sectors.
The selected consortium will receive co-design workshops to define A-DIH services and governance, training and operational support, and opportunities for international collaboration and twinning with innovation hubs abroad. The first stage is an expression of interest open to all innovation stakeholders interested in shaping the A-DIH.
This initiative is part of the “Development of Digital and Green Entrepreneurship in Algeria (DGA)” project, led by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-entreprises (MECSME), funded by BMZ, co-financed by the EU, and implemented by GIZ Algeria.
The A-DIH aims to build a sustainable innovation ecosystem to strengthen Algeria’s agrobusiness sector.
