Through hands-on support, market validation, and deep connections, they help startups turn their concepts into real-world impact by creating jobs, powering communities, and accelerating Lebanon’s transition to clean energy.

Program Structure

• Incubation Journey – 6 Months (October 2025 till March 2026):
  • Onboarding & Orientation​
    • Kickoff sessions to meet mentors, set goals, and map your roadmap.
  • Customer Discovery & Validation
    • Conduct user interviews and refine your value proposition based on feedback.
  • Prototype Development​
    • Build and iterate your minimum viable product in their labs.​
  • Pilot Testing & Feedback​
    • Test prototypes in real-world or controlled settings to gather insights.​
  • Go-to-Market Strategy​
    • Finalize branding, pricing, and sales plans through hands-on workshops.​
  • Demo Day & Graduation​
    • Pitch to investors and partners, showcase progress, and celebrate completion.​
• Acceleration Journey – 4 Months (May 2026 till August 2026):
  • 7-Sprint Journey
    • Product tweaks, legal setup, buyer access, team building, pitch polish, financial prep, scaling plan.
  • Up to $25K Grant
    • Five chosen startups get instant runway to fuel growth.
  • Mentorship
    • Legal clinics, sales workshops, investor rehearsals—every sprint comes with expertise on tap.
  • Market Access
    • Live buyer meetings, letters of intent, and a Demo Day spotlight to land investors.
  • Outcome
    • Investment-ready, legally solid, customer-validated startups with a clear path to scale.
