Deadline Date: November 01, 2026
The Swedish Energy Agency is inviting Swedish small and medium-sized companies with innovative energy solutions to participate in the E-world energy & water 2027 trade fair in Germany.
The focus areas of the initiative include innovative energy solutions, networking, business development, international market exposure, fossil-free energy systems, industry collaboration, pitch events, and tailored business meetings.
The Swedish Energy Agency is organizing a Swedish energy pavilion at the E-world energy & water trade fair, taking place from 16–18 February 2027 in Essen, Germany. Swedish small and medium-sized companies are invited to register their interest in participating by 1 November 2026.
E-world energy & water is one of Europe’s leading meeting places for the energy sector and brings together businesses and industry stakeholders from Germany and around the world. The event offers companies an opportunity to expand their networks and explore new business opportunities in an important international market.
Companies selected to exhibit in the Swedish energy pavilion will receive subsidized booth space, an exhibitor pass providing access to the trade fair and its activities, networking opportunities, and supporting programmes. Participants are encouraged to showcase a product or demonstration model during the event.
Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to take part in pitch events and complementary activities designed to promote their solutions and attract visitors to the pavilion. In addition, the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce will provide operational support, including assistance with arranging meetings with relevant industry contacts and offering market, language, and cultural guidance.
Participation as a co-exhibitor is subsidized by the Swedish Energy Agency, with the participation cost limited to SEK 25,000 per company. A total of 15 exhibiting companies will be selected, with places allocated according to the order of registration. New companies will be given priority over those that have participated in the initiative for several consecutive years.
