TBI-CIEHB, University of Horticultural Sciences, Bagalkot is inviting applications from innovators and startups in Agritech, Horticulture, Biotechnology, and Food Technology sectors.
The focus areas include horticulture biotechnology, agri and food technology, post-harvest and value addition, sustainable agriculture, bio-based innovations, smart farming technologies, prototype development, incubation support, business development, technical guidance, and field trial support.
The programme aims to support innovators in transforming ideas into scalable ventures through incubation assistance and specialized infrastructure support. TBI-CIEHB also offers Karnataka’s first dedicated land facility for conducting field trials and testing innovative agricultural solutions.
Selected participants will receive access to co-working and office space, laboratory and technical facilities, networking and industry connections, training programmes, workshops, mentorship, technical guidance, prototype development assistance, and business development support.
The programme is open to startups, early-stage entrepreneurs, industries, students, researchers, Agritech, Hortitech and Biotech innovators, Farmer Producer Organizations, food processing and value addition units, as well as rural and women entrepreneurs.
The initiative is designed to strengthen innovation ecosystems in agriculture and allied sectors by supporting practical research, technology development, and commercialization opportunities for emerging ventures.
