- Refining products with user feedback and market insights, scaling through market analysis, user metrics, and iterative improvements for sustained growth.
- Founder’s Mindset
- Build the mindset to evolve into a well-rounded founder with the business acumen and confidence needed to excel in the startup ecosystem.
- Sustenance and Scale
- Helping startups refine their business models, market positioning, competitive analysis, and revenue strategies to sustain and scale their growth
- Need Assessment
- Mapping the requirements of ventures and ecosystem trends to offer focused development initiatives, ensuring targeted support for startup growth
- Networking and Partnerships
- Connect with industry experts, mentors, and potential collaborations with entrepreneurs of the NSRCEL community and other stakeholders to create a conducive ecosystem.
- Governance

- Learn and Interact with a vast network of experienced mentors, including the NSRCEL alumni, industry leaders, and VCs across the board

- Advising startups on operational best practices and lean methodologies, supporting scalable growth, and providing resources for optimizing productivity and efficiency.
- Demo Day
- Founders undergo a financial readiness workshop and pitch their products to investors and stakeholders to secure funding.
- Customer Market Discovery
- Identifying target customer segments, while guiding customer acquisition channels with sales strategies and marketing techniques.
- The program does not guarantee funding for your enterprise. During the incubation period, they also organize a demo day where the founders pitch to the pool of investors from NSRCEL’s fundraising network.
- The cohort lasts for 12 months but it does not end there, you will then be a part of the NSRCEL community.
Eligibility Criteria
- This program is open to ventures that are
- Tech/Tech-enabled Ventures: ventures that leverage technology or are tech-enabled.
- MVP ready: Must have a fully developed product that’s ready to go to market.
- Revenue-Generating: Should already be generating revenue.
- Customer Base: Must have an existing customer base or early customers.
- They consider applications from only the technology sector, based across geographies registered in India.
