The accelerator focuses on artificial intelligence, enterprise software, robotic process automation, smart document management, predictive analytics, optimization and planning systems, customer experience solutions, quality control systems, healthcare technologies, diagnostics, treatment solutions, pharmaceutical and clinical research, training technologies, decision-support systems, marketing technology, content generation, data analytics, real-time personalization, recommender systems, cybersecurity, threat detection, risk monitoring, identity and access management, logistics, transportation technologies, and AI-powered digital innovation.
Magic Mind aims to become a leading European reference point for artificial intelligence by creating a comprehensive platform that strengthens Italy’s position in the global AI ecosystem. The accelerator seeks to foster innovation, support the creation of cutting-edge AI businesses, and promote the development of transformative technologies capable of addressing real-world challenges across multiple industries.
The program is designed to help startups establish sustainable business models while accelerating product development and market readiness. Selected participants receive support throughout their growth journey, benefiting from technical expertise, business guidance, investment opportunities, and access to a broad network of industry partners and investors.
The accelerator targets startups operating in a variety of sectors. In enterprise software, priority areas include robotic process automation, smart document management, predictive systems, and customer service technologies. Healthcare-focused startups may work on diagnostics, treatment solutions, pharmaceutical innovation, clinical research, training tools, and decision-making systems. The program also supports marketing technologies, cybersecurity solutions, and innovations in logistics and transportation powered by artificial intelligence.
Selected startups gain access to six core pillars of support. These include investment funding of up to EUR 350,000, workspace facilities featuring more than 20 workstations located in central Milan, market access opportunities through strategic engagement with program partners, additional sponsored services and benefits, growth-oriented support services and masterclasses, and end-to-end guidance covering product development, business strategy, fundraising, mentoring, and investment readiness.
The accelerator emphasizes the creation of sustainable products and companies that deliver meaningful customer value. It promotes the integration of artificial intelligence as a foundational architecture for product development while encouraging startups to build solutions that respond to specific industry contexts and market opportunities.
The program is open to startups in the minimum viable product (MVP) or prototype stage, ventures demonstrating initial market traction, and scaleups operating in one of the targeted sectors. Applicants may apply even if their company has not yet been formally established, provided that the business is legally incorporated within two months of joining the accelerator.
