The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition has launched a Request for Proposal to engage a qualified organisation to provide media monitoring services for FoodFiti brand campaigns in Kenya.
The focus areas include Media Monitoring & Compliance Reporting, Competitor Analysis & Share of Voice (SOV) Reporting, Audience Reach Reporting, GAIN PR Value (PRV) Reporting, and PR Reach Reporting.
The selected service provider will deliver structured monitoring of television and radio coverage linked to FoodFiti campaigns. The work will include tracking media compliance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure alignment with campaign requirements. Continuous assessment of how FoodFiti messaging is represented across media platforms will also be carried out to support campaign consistency and effectiveness.
The assignment will also involve estimating audience reach across different media channels to determine the scale of exposure generated by FoodFiti-related content. In addition, media coverage will be assessed for its equivalent advertising value through PR value calculations, alongside estimation of overall PR reach.
The total budget allocated for this assignment is USD 25,000, inclusive of taxes. Eligibility is open to organisations with proven capacity to deliver media monitoring and public relations analytics services, including experience in tracking broadcast media coverage, generating analytical reports, and providing insights on media performance and campaign visibility.
