Do you want to develop a new product or technology in your company? By promoting innovation, Wirtschaftsagentur Wien supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in all sectors in the development of novel products, technologies and services.
Funding Information
- Maximum funding amount: 300,000 euros per project
- Minimum project size: 30,000 euros
- Maximum project duration: 2 years
- Women’s bonus: 10,000 euros. Start-up bonus: 5,000 euros. You will receive the women’s bonus if the project can be proven to be led by a qualified woman. If a company is founded as part of the project, they pay out a start-up bonus.
What is being funded?
- When funding innovation, personnel costs for the development and implementation of new solutions, costs for consulting and development, costs for patents, investments for necessary machines, systems, devices as well as costs for intellectual property rights and licenses can be funded. They also support structural measures or materials for prototype construction.
Who can apply?
- Existing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and companies in the process of being founded. As project partners, they also include universities, technical colleges, clubs and non-university research institutions or institutions from the educational and social sectors.
