The Vienna Business Agency is pleased to invite applications for its Business Revitalization Funding Program to support small and medium-sized enterprises and associations investing in ground-floor commercial spaces.
Funding Information
- Maximum funding amount per project: 35,000 euros per project.
- Minimum project size: 5,000 euros.
- Start-up bonus: €5,000. You will receive the start-up bonus if you establish a company as part of the project.
- Duration: 2 years.
Eligible Activities
- They support your ground-floor business premises. Take advantage of the business revitalization funding for:
- Investments: construction measures, purchase of technical equipment and machinery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Small and medium-sized enterprises, associations and start-up companies.
Application Requirements
- A fully completed online funding application and application confirmation, as well as a de minimis declaration
- The latest annual financial statements or income and expenditure statement
- The purchase or rental agreement (or a draft), an indication of the desired or agreed rental period, confirmation of vacancy, and current photos of the vacant business premises.
