Participant Expenses
- All expenses incurred by participants in any part of this competition, including, but not limited to, travel expenses to participate in the live competition on stage at Space Tech Expo, remain the responsibility of the participants.
Requirements
- All participants and submissions must meet the requirements set forth below in order to participate in the competition.
- Adult participants.
- Legally registered entity.
- Not publicly traded.
- No exit/liquidity event.
- Based in and owned, controlled, or influenced by citizens of the U.S., the Five Eyes, NATO, or other Allied nations.
- No connection whatsoever by ownership, investment, supply chain, or influence of any kind to China, Russia, or any prohibited country as listed by the Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Asset Control.
- Submissions, including all materials, must be in English, unless otherwise specified.
