The Retailer Association of India (RAI) invites all start-ups who have technology intervention product/services in the field of Human Resource (HR/L&D) to participate in first Edition of HR Start – up awards.
Process
- Preliminary judges – (stalwart from other industry) to evaluate the application online
- 10 finalists to be shortlisted based on scoring
- Finalists to present on 6 February 2024 in front of Grand Jury
- Each finalist to get total 7 mins which includes 5 mins presentation and 2 mins of Q&A from the Grand jury
- Winner to be announced on 6 February 2024
Who can Apply?
- The start-up should be a legal entity that has been in existence for at least one year and not more than seven years.
- Applicants must be Indian nationals who are residents of India and must be above 18 years of age.
- The solution offered should be applicable to retail (HR/L&D/HR Compliance etc).
- The solution should be innovative, add value to customers and should be commercial.
- The solution should be beyond the idea stage, address a clear opportunity and have a scalable transactional model.
- Turnover should not exceed INR 40 crore.
- Note: Travel, accommodation, and all other expenses in relation to the participation of the nominee, will be at the Nominees own costs.
