Developed and fully funded by Digital Africa, The Talent 4 Startups program supports the training of African talent in tech and digital professions, as well as their placement in startups.
As Tofara Online Trust, they are proud to be partnering once again with Digital Africa to bring this exciting opportunity to young people in Zimbabwe and guess what , this year they are proud to be expanding their reach to Bulawayo, Eswatini, and Zambia. In total, this year they will be training 160 young people aged between 18 and 35.
Recognizing that technical skills alone are not enough, they are also embedding soft skills development into their curriculum, covering communication skills, critical thinking, leadership development , innovation and more.
The program offers access to experienced mentors who will support your learning, growth, and professional development every step of the way. You will also attend their Job fairs and placement events.
Focus Areas

- Digital Marketing
- Artificial Intelligence in Digital Marketing.
