Applications are now open for the Organizations to support projects that connect design and behavioral science with the development of and research into products, solutions and services that contribute to an energy-efficient and resilient society.
The call aims to develop knowledge, products, business models, and services that create lasting behavioral changes and accelerate the transition to a resilient and energy-efficient society. It focuses on design and implementation of flexibility solutions, use of energy in everyday life, energy-saving everyday practices, collaboration for increased robustness and resilience in everyday energy use, and design principles and methodological support for behaviorally driven energy efficiency.
Approximately SEK 30 million has been allocated under this funding opportunity to support projects that address research needs and challenges related to resilient energy use in everyday life for individuals and groups in society.
Projects should contribute to one or more of the program’s goals by strengthening resilient energy use and supporting behavioral changes that promote energy efficiency in daily life. The initiative encourages the development of innovative solutions, services, and knowledge that can help society adapt to future energy challenges.
Eligible applicants include companies such as design agencies, public sector organizations, university and college departments in design, social sciences, humanities, engineering, and natural sciences, institutes related to the field, civil society organizations, associations, and other actors working with energy issues aimed at households and different user groups.
