Deadline Date: May 16, 2026
The Intelak Incubator is a comprehensive and immersive programme designed to empower early-stage startups by nurturing, growing, and scaling innovative business solutions.
The program focuses on three key themes: Robotics for the Airline, Finance, and Cargo Innovation, encouraging solutions that reduce airport dependence on manual processes through robotics and autonomous systems, reimagine financial operations with real-time insights and automation, and transform air cargo through smarter handling, AI-driven workflow optimization, and digital twin technologies for improved decision-making.
The Intelak Incubator is tailored for UAE-based startups at the pre-seed stage, offering a supportive environment for businesses that are ready to develop and expand their ideas. Each cohort includes up to five startups, which receive licensing grants of 20,000 AED to support their growth journey. The programme combines both virtual and in-person elements, ensuring flexibility and enabling global participation while using Dubai as a platform to test and validate innovative solutions.
Participants benefit from access to a strong ecosystem within the aviation, travel, and tourism sectors, allowing them to leverage industry interconnectedness. The programme also provides opportunities to engage with a digital alumni network, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and potential business partnerships. Startups gain curated access to key events such as investor breakfasts, founder summits, industry panels, and legal and licensing clinics, all designed to strengthen their business foundation.
Additionally, the incubator offers exposure through prime exhibition spaces and pitching opportunities at conferences and events in Dubai. The programme culminates in an investor-focused demo day, where startups can showcase their progress and potential to a wider audience of stakeholders and investors.
Eligible applicants should have an innovative technology-driven solution within aviation, travel, or tourism, be at the launch or seed stage with a minimum viable product, and include at least one full-time team member. While startups can be based anywhere globally, they must demonstrate a strategic fit for implementing their solution in Dubai.
