Deadline: 5 January 2025
The Atlantic Council is inviting applications for its European Leadership Accelerator (ELA) to equip emerging leaders with the skills, knowledge, and networks necessary to address these critical challenges.
Amid rapid technological development, climate change, and efforts to advance an equitable society, there is a growing need to bring diverse professionals working in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors together to address the changing European landscape.
The European Leadership Accelerator (ELA) is a pilot five-month program that combines biweekly virtual learning with an in-person three-day convening in London. The program will run from March to July 2025. The Atlantic Council will select twenty-five rising leaders from Europe at the intersection of the digital and green transitions.
Participants will have the opportunity to enhance their leadership capabilities and professional growth through leadership diagnostics, virtual trainings, strategic networking, and peer-to-peer learning. A three-day convening will take place in London in May 2025 to explore the changing European digital and environmental landscape.
