The Founders first CDC is now accepting applications for its Stephen L. Tadlock Veteran Business Grant to support veteran entrepreneurs nationwide through investments in their employer-based small businesses.
This initiative will provide funding to selected veteran business owners who demonstrate a commitment to growing their enterprises, inviting all eligible veterans to apply for this unique opportunity to enhance their ventures and achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
Funding Information
- $25,000 Fund For Veteran Businesses
- The $25,000 fund will make investments to 25 Veteran business owners in the form of $1,000 micro grants.

How it Works
- Grant money can be used in whatever way Founders need to use it – like seeking professional assistance with preparing documents to qualify for funding

- All completed applications will be reviewed and grant semi-finalists will be selected for our final judging round
- All 25 grant finalists are announced during a live press event
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a U.S. military veteran
- Must be a CEO, President, or Business Owner
- Must have an active U.S. based business
- Business annual revenue does not exceed $5M
- Must have between 2 to 100 employees
- Minimum of 1 year in business
