Deadline Date: July 10, 2026
The Nasscom Inclusion Awards 2026 are now open for entries, recognising organisations and individuals that are advancing inclusion as a strategic driver of innovation, trust, and sustainable growth in India’s technology sector.
The awards focus on Gender Inclusion, Diversity Beyond Gender, Inclusive Culture, Holistic Well-being, Women in Technology, Leadership, Workplace Inclusion, Equal Opportunity, Talent Development, and measurable inclusion outcomes.
As India’s technology industry continues to evolve through artificial intelligence, changing work models, and a multigenerational workforce, inclusive and equitable workplaces have become increasingly important. The Nasscom Inclusion Awards recognise organisations and individuals that are embedding inclusion into leadership, workplace culture, and organisational practices to create equal opportunities and enable diverse talent to grow and lead.
Aligned with the Nasscom DEI Charter, the awards celebrate measurable progress in gender inclusion, diversity beyond gender, inclusive culture, and employee well-being. The initiative highlights leadership that demonstrates tangible impact through inclusive policies and practices.
The awards feature four categories. The Gender Inclusion Excellence Award (Including Women in Tech) recognises organisations that promote women’s representation, career progression, and leadership in technology roles through inclusive workforce strategies. The Pioneering Inclusion Initiative Award (Diversity Beyond Gender) honours innovative initiatives that support diversity beyond gender, including Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), LGBTQIA+ communities, neurodivergent talent, and other underrepresented workforce groups. The Culture & Well-being Excellence Award recognises organisations that foster inclusive workplaces while supporting employees’ mental, physical, financial, and community well-being. The Women Honour Awards – Innovators, Leaders and Allies Award recognises individuals who have contributed to advancing women’s inclusion and leadership.
Participation offers organisations and individuals an opportunity to showcase inclusion leadership within India’s technology ecosystem, share successful practices that encourage peer learning, engage with industry leaders and experts, and receive benchmarking, jury feedback, and data-driven insights to strengthen their inclusion strategies.
Applications are open to organisations based in India or those with offices in India, provided the initiatives are active within the country. Eligible applicants include technology services firms, BPM companies, product and platform companies, ER&D organisations, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), SMEs, startups, and organisations that have demonstrated meaningful inclusion initiatives and outcomes. Individual applicants include women technologists driving innovation and leaders and allies actively supporting women’s inclusion and advancement.
