Call for Applications: Ugwumba Enterprise Challenge 2024 (Nigeria)

It is remarkable to point out that through the Ugwumba Enterprise Challenge, which was launched in 2018, they have created jobs for over 20,000 Nigerian youths by the support they have given to over 5,000 young and women entrepreneurs across the country.

This year, they look forward to empowering another set of 2,000 young entrepreneurs with business development skills, technical support, small grants and business mentorship.

All applicants pass through a compulsory Boot Camp and Pitching Competitions and those with best business ideas receive both financial and technical supports from us.

Prize Information

• Therefore, they hereby invite youths from across the 36 States of Nigeria plus the FCT who are growing businesses in any sector of the economy to apply for the 2024 Ugwumba Enterprise Challenge and stand the chances of winning any of the star prizes, as follows:
  • 1st Prize (N2 million);
  • 2nd Prize (N1 million);
  • 3rd Prize (N700,000);
  • 4th Prize (N500,000);
  • 5th Prize (N300,000) and
  • Consolation Prizes (N100,000) each for the remaining 6th – 10th finalists.

Eligibility Criteria

• You are eligible to apply for this Challenge if you are a Nigerian (living in Nigeria), either male or female between 18 and 40 years of age and have an idea that can be turned into a business or social enterprise.
