This program creates a strong pathway for Indian Muslim women to build confidence and prepare professionally for the job market through structured learning and personalized support. It provides a wide range of developmental opportunities aimed at enhancing resumes, strengthening decision-making capabilities, and improving problem-solving approaches for job interviews and career growth.

Participants benefit from close mentorship, gaining access to over 100 industry experts on the platform, regular one-on-one office hours, and direct training to become fully interview-ready. Eligibility requires that applicants identify as Indian Muslim women, be at least 18 years of age at the time of application, reside in India for the duration of the program, commit to 100% attendance for all 12 sessions over 6 months and hold, or be in the final year of, a degree or diploma.
