DARE is a pioneering initiative launched by Dar Ventures and operated by Acasia Group. The program is meticulously crafted to accelerate the growth of early-stage AEC technology startups in the MENA region. Their robust program offers a wealth of mentorship, training, networking, and funding opportunities, all precisely tailored to meet the unique demands of AEC tech startups.

Program Highlights

  • Workspace: Access to a co-working space across multiple locations.
  • Equity-Free Grant: Grants up to $50,000 with structured disbursement.
  • Investment Opportunity: Dar Ventures retains the right to exercise an investment call option within one year of the start of the incubation program.
  • Access to a network of investors and potential investment opportunities.
  • Operational support
    • Access to Mentorship from world-class mentors and Dar employees .

Who Should Apply?

  • They’re seeking AEC tech entrepreneurs that fit the following:
    • Your product is innovative, disruptive, scalable solutions in AEC Tech.
    • You have an early stage startup with an MVP.
    • You have a minimum of two founders, with at least one possessing domain expertise, and at least one dedicated to the startup full-time.
    • You are passionate, hard-working and driven to succeed.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Looking for companies:
    • in Architecture, Engineering, Sustainability, Energy & Cleantech, Cleantech, Modular Construction, AR/VR Solutions, PropTech, Construction Tech, Engineering AI, Smart Building, AI Sustainability, Industrial Construction, Proprietary Technology
    • They consider early-stage and established startups from the following countries:
      • Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE.
    • incorporated
    • prototype, users or paying users stage
    • Angel, Pre-seed, Seed or Series A
    • have raised funding or not
    • currently raising or not raising funds
    • have revenue or not
