Deadline Date: April 09, 2026
The “La Caixa” Foundation is inviting grant applications for projects aimed at improving the quality of life and promoting equal opportunities for people in situations of social vulnerability.
The program focuses on initiatives supporting older people, people with disabilities, mental disorders, or illness, and addressing poverty and social inclusion.
The funding provides a total of 50,000 euros to support projects for a duration of 12 months. The program aims to foster social initiatives that contribute to the wellbeing of vulnerable groups and advance social cohesion across the region.
Eligible entities for this call include non-profit organisations and social economy entities that explicitly state in their statutes that their main objective is social cohesion or social and/or cultural interest, whether or not they operate for profit. Public administrations are excluded from participation.
Applicants must be accredited on the Calls for Proposals platform at convocatorias.fundacionlacaixa.org and appoint a person as project manager. Eligible entities must have their registered office in the Principality of Asturias, be registered in the corresponding administrative registry, have a valid Tax Identification Number, and possess registered statutes.
Entities must also have at least one year of activity from the date of their constitution to the closing date of the call. This ensures that funded organisations have sufficient experience and operational capacity to deliver their proposed initiatives effectively.
