The Climatetech Canadian Technology Accelerator Program is seeking applications to support Canadian climatetech companies seeking to expand into key U.S. markets.
The program focuses on buildings, materials and construction, transportation and infrastructure, energy storage, and grid resilience and modernization. It aims to support climate-focused technologies that address emerging market needs and contribute to sustainability and greenhouse gas reduction.
The Canadian Technology Accelerator for climatetech supports participating companies in accessing three major climatetech markets in the United States: Boston, Denver, and San Francisco. The program is intended to help businesses identify venture investors, develop customer relationships, and expand their market opportunities.
Participants will receive tangible feedback on investment strategies, connections to climatetech networks in the United States, investment pitch opportunities, market intelligence from legal professionals, mentorship, and business development support. These services are designed to help companies better understand the U.S. market and strengthen their growth strategies.
The program is seeking innovative Canadian climatetech companies that are raising or planning to raise a Series A funding round within the next twelve months. Eligible companies should offer differentiated climate-focused technologies, demonstrate market traction through existing sales or investments in Canada and/or the United States, and have a committed team with clear market-entry objectives.
Applicants must have commercialized solutions, upcoming investment and business development targets, solutions focused on sustainability and/or greenhouse gas reduction, and the ability to participate in both virtual and in-person program activities.
