The INCO Entrepreneurs – Social Tides is accepting applications for its GROW AI Accelerator Program, a 6-month equity-free GROW AI acceleration program from impact organizations and social enterprises harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to create meaningful social change.
Grow AI features a hybrid approach blending workshops, guest lectures, mentoring, accountability groups and peer learning sessions.
Tailored to each organization’s unique needs, their curriculum covers a diverse range of topics across tech, business and impact.
Starting in March 2025, this 6-month online program will be delivered by expert trainers and industry professionals from the INCO and Share it networks.

Eligibility Criteria
- Who are they looking for:
- Impact organizations and social enterprises developing AI/ML solutions with a positive social impact and advancing SDGs.
- Sustainable products/services targeting substantial markets, demonstrating traction and with a strong strategy for growth.
- Active involvement from the CEO, CTO, and other relevant team members in program sessions.
- Administrative Criteria:
- Applying entities need to be registered in an EU country, United Kingdom or Ukraine. Non profit entities are not eligible.
- The applying entity must pursue an impact mission aligned with the UN SDGs and operate as a social enterprise, ex-lege or de facto. To ensure this, within the application form the applicant will be asked to sign a pledge committing to reinvest at least 50% of 2025 profits back into the organization or towards social goals.
- Applicants are eligible if they have a working prototype or are currently developing one.
- The solution targets European markets and customers/users.
- Commitment and availability from CEO, CTO and/or other relevant team members to actively participate in required program’s activities. Access to the grant is conditional upon attending 80% of the program sessions.
- Total absence of PR/reputational risks.
Selection Criteria
- Tech for good: Use AI/ML for social impact in underserved communities, following responsible AI practices.
- Vision and ambition: Present a vision for addressing a societal problem profitably, with a clear development plan.
- Impact: Show a clear understanding of the social issues tackled, the communities you are serving and the positive effects generated by your solution.
- Proximity: Have experience and connection to the social challenge addressed, working with and for the community.
- Feasibility and scalability: Offer a feasible, sustainable solution with potential for broad implementation and scaling.
