The focus areas of this programme include plant-based, fermentation, and cultivated food innovation, sustainable food systems, circular production models, upcycled ingredients, clean-label products, novel ingredients and technologies, sustainable scaling, global market expansion, agri-food sustainability, and innovation in high-impact alternative protein categories.
The ProVeg Incubator supports startups developing high-fidelity alternative proteins and aims to accelerate the transition towards a sustainable global food system. The Fast-track To Impact programme helps startups overcome market challenges, build long-term resilience, and strengthen their impact through tailored support.
The programme is open to registered companies with at least a minimum viable alternative protein product that are working to advance sustainable food solutions. Startups receive expert one-on-one mentoring, strategic networking opportunities, and access to a global ecosystem of investors, mentors, and industry partners.
The programme supports founders in areas such as pitching, fundraising, brand development, intellectual property, and strategic growth. It helps startups address market challenges and develop practical knowledge to strengthen their ventures.
Through global networks and expert guidance, the ProVeg Incubator connects innovators with investors, industry experts, and strategic partners to expand market reach and support the adoption of alternative proteins.
The programme also focuses on driving systemic change by supporting alternative protein innovation, reducing the environmental footprint of food systems, and decreasing reliance on industrial animal agriculture.
