The Strengthening Peace through Arts, Culture and Sports Social Media Campaign supports the development of communication activities through editorial planning, campaign strategy, and content production.
The focus areas of this call include documenting field activities, developing an editorial plan and campaign strategy, producing campaign content, online content development, digital and social marketing, advertising, and collaboration with local communities.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite professional service providers to support UNESCO in implementing communication activities for the SPACES initiative.
The selected contractor will work under the authority of UNESCO Jakarta and the supervision of the Culture Unit, with editorial guidance and review from the Communications and Public Information Unit.
The scope of work includes ensuring the onsite presence of a team to document field activities, developing a detailed editorial plan and campaign strategy, and producing campaign content.
The project duration is five months, from August to December 2026.
Eligible applicants must be legally registered organizations in Malaysia and provide the company’s registration certificate.
Applicants should have at least five years of experience in online content development, digital and social marketing, advertising, or related fields. They must also provide examples of at least five similar projects completed within the past five years.
Applicants should demonstrate knowledge and experience working with local communities and implementing relevant guidelines through examples of similar projects.
The project leader must have at least five years of experience managing projects of similar scope and provide a detailed CV demonstrating relevant qualifications.
Applicants must also demonstrate adequate staffing and expertise to deliver the work effectively, including an organizational structure and details of the proposed team members, their qualifications, experience, roles, and responsibilities.
