Call for Applications: Impact Hero Program 2025

Impact Heroes are visionary leaders that are driven by bottomless passion and resolute determination to make transformative changes to the communities they serve. They are not only role models for the next generations, but also have the ability to inspire the world.

What are “Impact Heroes”?

• The world needs more changemakers who can solve the world’s most pressing issues and create a regenerative world that holistically enhances planetary well-being. They call them, Impact Heroes.
• These visionary leaders, driven by bottomless passion and resolute determination, achieve paradigm shifts and build inclusive pathways for regenerative futures ensuring a better world for all.
• Earth Company selects up to ten exceptional changemakers from the Asia-Pacific to join the year-long Lead-to-Regenerate (L2R) acceleration program. By the end, one hero will emerge as the “Impact Hero of the Year” and receive additional customized support from Earth Company to further their transformative work.

  • A role model with deep trust and respect from the community

What’s New?

• Support for the Impact Heroes Class of 2025
  • Once selected as a member for the Impact Heroes Class of 2025, each hero will take part in the year-long acceleration program and will be eligible to a specific set of non-financial support, by Earth Company.
  • The Lead-to-Regenerate Acceleration Program is a 12-month program that provides members of the Impact Hero Class of 2025 with a unique opportunity to hone their skills and knowledge, network and get access to resources, and be mentored to become regenerative leaders in their respective work.
  • Among those that have met the requirements, the ‘Impact Hero of the Year’ will be selected from the class during the program.

What do they Provide?

• As an ‘Impact Hero of the Year’, Earth Company provides three years of life-changing support customized specifically to maximize the heroes’ potential including:

Eligible Countries

• They accept applicants who are working on projects in developing countries around the Asia-Pacific region.
• List of eligible countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, India, Indonesia, Kiribati, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, New Caledonia, Niue, North Korea, Pakistan, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu and Vietnam.

Eligibility Criteria

• They accept applications from former applicants, former candidates, and previous Impact Hero finalists.
• Below are the minimum requirements to apply for the Impact Hero program; applicants who do not fulfill all these eligibility criteria would not be shortlisted.
  • Are you aligned with the vision and values of Earth Company?
  • Do you tackle some of the most pressing social and environmental challenges in the developing countries of the Asia Pacific region?
  • Do you have innovative solutions that bring meaningful impact to a wide range of stakeholders?
  • Are you serving on the leadership team of a social-purpose organization?
  • Are you committed to the cause long-term?
  • Are you able to commit a reasonable amount of time to work with Earth Company’s support team?
  • Are you able to regularly communicate with the Earth Company team in English by email and online calls?
• N.B. Earth Company is agnostic about number of years in operation, organizational maturity, sectoral focus, nationality, age, gender and academic credentials. For-profit companies and nonprofit organizations – and everything in between – are eligible. While most successful candidates run organizations with annual budgets in the range of $100k-$1m, they welcome applications from smaller and larger organizations.
