The 38th IraSME Call for Proposals to supports collaborative innovation projects that advance new technologies, products, and technical services.
The program focuses on strengthening the competitive capacity of SMEs, increasing collaboration between SMEs from different countries, increasing cooperation between SMEs and research and technology organizations, enhancing cooperative and competitive capabilities through international R&D networks, supporting the development of new products, processes, and technical services that exceed the existing state of the art, reducing economic risks associated with innovation, technical and experimental development up to prototype level, and advancing projects with significant technical risks and strong market opportunities.
The call is organized and funded by national and regional ministries and agencies participating in the IraSME network through their respective funding programs. It is intended for small and medium-sized enterprises and research and technology organizations that jointly undertake international research, technology, development, and innovation activities.
Funding is available for the development of new products, processes, or technical services that go beyond the current international state of the art. The program also supports technical and experimental development activities up to the prototype stage.
Projects funded under the call are expected to involve significant technical risks for each participating partner while demonstrating the potential to generate innovative solutions with strong market prospects.
To be eligible, projects must include a minimum consortium of two companies from two participating countries or regions, subject to specific exceptions outlined for certain participating locations. The IraSME proposal must be signed by all project partners and submitted by email, and a draft consortium agreement must also be provided.
Applicants must satisfy all applicable national or regional participation requirements established by their respective funding agencies. Project durations may range from 12 to 36 months.
