The Road to Battlefield is a regional startup competition designed to connect early-stage innovators from Central Eurasia with global investment, mentorship, and international exposure opportunities.
The competition focuses on supporting early-stage startups, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, providing access to investment funding, enabling participation in global startup competitions, facilitating mentorship and networking opportunities, enhancing media visibility, supporting startups with functional MVPs, and encouraging the growth of disruptive ventures from Central Eurasia.
Road to Battlefield is recognized as an official regional startup competition for TechCrunch Startup Battlefield and brings together founders from across Central Eurasia to compete for funding and international opportunities.
The competition offers a total investment prize pool of $100,000, with funding awarded to the top three startups. Winners receive investment support based on their final ranking and are provided opportunities to participate in the TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 200 competition.
Successful startups will receive access to TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 200 in San Francisco, along with round-trip travel and accommodation support for team members. Winners will also receive exhibition space during TechCrunch Disrupt.
Participants in the competition benefit from OpenAI startup perks, access to a network of founders from multiple countries, and an official certificate of participation.
To be eligible, startups must be at or below the seed stage and have a valuation not exceeding $5 million. Applicants must have a fully functional minimum viable product that can be demonstrated in their pitch materials and should ideally have limited media exposure while preparing to introduce innovative solutions.
Startups selected for investment awards must meet registration requirements through designated startup ecosystems or corporate structures and satisfy the specified valuation conditions.
