The Marketing Strategy for Micro and Small Enterprises is inviting applications to support small businesses develop professional marketing strategies that enhance competitiveness and business growth.
The scheme focuses on supporting micro and small enterprises in developing marketing strategies through external advisory services, improving business efficiency and competitiveness, aligning marketing activities with overall business objectives, promoting innovative and smart economic transformation, strengthening entrepreneurship, supporting sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs, and encouraging job creation and productive investment within a more competitive and smarter European economy framework.
The scheme is designed to address the limited in-house marketing capacity of micro and small enterprises by providing non-repayable grants to fund external professional services. These services help businesses create structured marketing strategies that support their growth and competitiveness.
A marketing strategy under this scheme includes planning and actions that promote a business and its products or services, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. It helps enterprises improve their market positioning and achieve better operational efficiency.
The programme falls under wider European policy objectives aimed at strengthening entrepreneurship, fostering innovation, and supporting smart economic transformation. It contributes to building a more competitive and sustainable business environment for SMEs.
The scheme will remain operational until 31 December 2026, subject to available funding, with an initial budget allocation of €500,000. The maximum grant available under this scheme is €10,000.
Eligible applicants include micro and small enterprises engaged in economic activity, provided they meet legal registration requirements and other eligibility conditions.
