The Intelak Accelerator offers a comprehensive and immersive programme designed to support late-stage international startups in scaling their innovative solutions within the aviation, travel, and tourism sectors.
The programme focuses on key challenge areas including enhancing cabin crew training experiences through automation, unified knowledge systems, wellness tracking, and attendance monitoring; improving lounge experiences by enabling smarter, more sustainable operations with better planning, utilization, and seamless premium services; developing on-demand talent matching platforms that connect businesses with verified temporary staff efficiently; and introducing innovative solutions to enhance passenger experience, operational efficiency, sustainability, and smart infrastructure for the future of Dubai Airport.
The Intelak Accelerator is tailored for growth-stage startups and scale-ups that are ready to expand into Dubai or use the city as a proof-of-concept market. The programme selects up to five startups per cohort and provides them with mentorship, resources, and industry access to accelerate their development. Each selected startup receives a grant of 50,000 AED to support their growth journey.
Participants will gain the opportunity to collaborate with principal partners, access exclusive tools and discounts, and strategically position their solutions within Dubai’s thriving aviation and tourism ecosystem. The programme culminates in a demo day where startups present their progress, traction, and market potential to investors.
To be eligible, applicants must have an innovative tech solution aligned with one of Intelak’s challenges, operate as a growth-stage startup or scale-up, have at least two full-time team members, and offer a product or service that is technically and legally viable within Dubai’s business environment.
