The Catholic Relief Services is seeking proposals from qualified companies and individuals for project implementation in Bamiyan Province, Afghanistan, under RFP (CRS/AFG/HRT/FY26/RFP-CP11), supporting rural livelihoods, food security, education, natural resource management, and emergency response initiatives.
The opportunity focuses on rural livelihoods, food security, natural resource management, access to quality primary school education for marginalized communities, emergency response activities, project evaluation, analytical methodologies, technical expertise, qualified professional teams, and implementation support in designated project areas.
CRS Afghanistan is seeking organizations and individuals with the technical and operational capacity to implement the requested project activities in Bamiyan Province. Interested applicants must be legally registered and authorized to conduct business in Afghanistan and should demonstrate proven expertise in project evaluation and related analytical methodologies. Applicants are also expected to have qualified personnel with relevant academic and practical experience to support CRS in conducting the mid-term review across the designated project areas.
Applicants must not be bankrupt, convicted of professional misconduct, or involved in conflicts of interest. They must also have fulfilled government tax obligations and should preferably have previous work experience with international NGOs or United Nations organizations.
The proposal submission must include a cover letter containing organizational details such as company name, address, contact information, legal registration documents, tax identification number, evidence of financial and managerial capacity, and at least three references with contact details. The technical proposal should include the technical approach, methodology, work plan, management structure, key personnel information, and corporate experience relevant to similar assignments. A financial proposal covering all implementation-related costs, including travel and accommodation expenses, must also be submitted.
