Fundación CEER is inviting applicants from Interreg, a programme organisations to join peer exchange visits that connect stakeholders with b-solutions case hosts to address real cross-border obstacles and share practical solutions.
The Border Regions Peer Exchange is a European Commission initiative implemented by Fundación CEER to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among stakeholders of Interreg A programmes. This programme brings together participants from across Europe to engage directly with b-solutions case hosts, each of whom has successfully addressed a specific cross-border obstacle. Through these exchanges, participants gain first-hand insights into practical solutions and strategies that have demonstrated tangible benefits for cross-border cooperation.
The peer exchange is designed to highlight the impact of cross-border cooperation by showcasing real-world success stories and strengthening the connection between b-solutions and Interreg A’s objective of improved cooperation governance. Each of the ten selected host organisations will organise a two-day visit, providing a platform for up to five financially supported visitors and up to five additional non-supported visitors per visit to learn, discuss, and share experiences related to overcoming border challenges.
Eligible applicants include public administrations, cooperation entities, academia, civil society organisations, public service providers, Interreg A programme bodies, and other stakeholders involved in cross-border cooperation within the internal borders of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area, and countries benefitting from the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance. Selected visitors will receive a lump sum of up to €750 to support their participation in the exchange.
