The available budget is allocated across different priorities, with funding directed toward creating a smarter and more social Meuse-Rhine region. Projects must align with one of the targeted priorities and specific objectives outlined in the call to be considered eligible.
Eligible projects must have a maximum duration of three years and can begin implementation from the date of submission. In cases involving state aid, projects must comply with relevant regulatory frameworks, including the General Block Exemption Regulation or de minimis provisions, ensuring adherence to European Union requirements.
Through this call, the programme seeks to foster collaboration and deliver tangible improvements in the region by supporting initiatives that enhance innovation, sustainability, social inclusion, and cross-border cooperation.
