The Central Project Management Agency (CPVA) invites proposals for the “Enhancing the Cyber Resilience of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises” initiative under the Digital Europe Programme 2021-2027, Specific Objective 3: Cybersecurity and Trust.
Purpose
- Strengthen the deployment and dissemination of cybersecurity solutions to increase the cybersecurity resilience of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Funding Information
- Funds allocated for the call: Up to EUR 540,000.00 in financial support.
- The minimum amount of financial support that can be requested is EUR 30,000.00.
- The maximum amount of financial support that can be requested is EUR 60,000.00.
- Form of financing: De minimis aid
- Project implementation duration: 5 months from the start of project implementation, but no later than December 31, 2025.
Supported Activities
- Required activities:
- Acquisition and implementation of cybersecurity product(s), process(es) and/or service(s) in the network and information system infrastructure of SMEs.
- Possible activities:
- Acquisition of cybersecurity process(es) and/or service(s) that are not implemented in the SME’s network and information system infrastructure.
- Conducting training for the applicant’s employees related to the implementation of the requirements of the Cybersecurity Law, which are specified in Part 5 of Article 14 of this Law “Cybersecurity Risk Management Measures”.
Eligibility Criteria
- Very small enterprise or small enterprise or medium-sized enterprise;
- A legal entity registered in Lithuania and controlled by European Union (EU) Member States or citizens of EU Member States;
- Meets the general project selection criteria, the list of which is set out in Annex 1 to the Rules for the administration and financing of financial support to third countries provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/887 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2021 establishing a European Cybersecurity Industrial, Technology and Research Competence Centre and a Network of National Coordination Centres, approved by Order No. V-388 of the Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania of 7 May 2024.
