The RootCamp Pilot Project Program is now open for applications to support the Later Stage Startups.
Program Structure
- Ideation phase: This phase is to align needs and define the project framework.
- Project Charter definition: This document defines the milestones, objectives, length, budget, and deliverables of the project. This is jointly created by the startup and corporate partner with RootCamp’s support.
- Project start: The Agreement is signed and the joint pilot can start.
Project Outcomes
- They are searching together with the startup & their corporate partner for the most relevant synergies. Pilot outcomes can include for example:
- product co-development
- commercial partnership
- licensing agreements
- extension of customer base
- additional investments
Who are you?
- Motivation: You want to pilot your solution within their corporate partners’ environment and/or you are looking for distribution partners.
- Phase: Startups with established technology and products.
- Product: Ready-to-scale solution, unique and with a strong scientific and/or technological background.
Terms
- Every Project is supported by a budget to conduct the project (the budget is not to fund the personnel costs of the participating parties).
- For each project, an Agreement is signed with specific milestones and objectives.
- Each project is supported by a project manager from RootCamp and has a dedicated mentor from the corporate partner.
- The project length, terms, and conditions are strictly individual as all projects are different.
- Optional attendance to all activities of the acceleration program and events.
