The African Bank Women Entrepreneurship Development Programme is now open for applications to empower female-owned SMMES by equipping them with the skills and tools needed to participate in Africa’s mainstream economy, contribute to job creation, and integrate into various organisational supply chains to support transformation objectives.
Objectives
- Facilitate personal and professional growth of business owners by advancing strategic planning, financial management, and leadership competencies.
- Guide the development and implementation of quality frameworks and procedures.
- Enable access to local and international markets, fostering improved competitiveness and unlocking new avenues for business expansion.
- Assist businesses in enhancing their operational and financial capabilities to become more competitive.
Aims
- The 12 month programme aims to support female-owned businesses in the western cape with business mentorship, market access and enhance competitiveness.
