All nominations must align with the criteria and categories outlined in the official nomination form. The evaluation process is carried out by a jury that carefully assesses each submission before selecting the final laureates.
Eligible nominees include global Lithuanians and people of Lithuanian affiliation who demonstrate strong international professional experience, maintain close ties with Lithuania, and contribute meaningfully to its growth and global presence.
