The Frances Baard District Municipality (FBDM) is inviting Small, Micro, and Medium Enterprises (SMMEs) based in the Frances Baard District to apply for a non-financial machinery and equipment grant.
The SMMEs can only apply for machinery and equipment that will improve their operations or make them more competitive in the market. The funding is non-financial. Previously funded SMMEs by government or any other organisation will not be eligible to apply for this grant and will not be considered. The capped for each application is up to R100 000.00.
Applications received will be evaluated through a committee. The qualifying SMMEs will be assessed through interviews and site visits. Post assessment response will only be limited to those who are eligible for the grant.
